Adam D. Roselli, CCIM joined Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. as a Sales Associate in April of 2005.

Areas of Expertise

Adam is responsible for the marketing of office properties for sale or lease in Southwest Washington. Since his first full year in the industry, Adam has been among the top five office specialists in Clark County in both total transactions and total transaction value. Adam also spends much of his time working with buyers and sellers of investment real estate throughout the region offering discounted cash flow and rent versus own analyses.


Adam is a native of Vancouver, Washington; born and raised in the area his entire life. He attended St. Joseph's Elementary School, Jesuit High School and graduated from Western Washington University in June 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Spanish. In October 2008, Adam earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation; a designation held by less than 6% of commercial realtors. In May 2010, Adam received his Master's degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.


Adam is actively involved with the Rotary Club of Vancouver where he was the Rotarian of the Year in 2013-2014 and currently holds the position of Sargent in Arms. Adam volunteers as a Lunch Buddy for the Vancouver School District and is actively involved on numerous boards including Share, Innovative Services Northwest and the CREDC. Adam is a mentor through the MAP program at Washington State University Vancouver and with the Morse Institute for Leadership at Western Washington University. Adam was recognized in 2014 for being Accomplished and Under 40 by the Vancouver Business Journal and was a 2014 nominee for the General George C. Marshall Public Leadership Award.
